LARGE CENTER SPEEDO

In a MINI, the large speedometer (plus fuel and temperature gauges, warning lights and odometer) is mounted smack dab in the middle of the dashboard because that's where we had it when we won the Monte Carlo Rally three times. Putting it there allowed co-pilots to navigate more effectively, giving them easier access to the vehicle's speed and odometer information. And today, whether you race or not, it's still a great thing to share your MINI's vital stats with your passengers. Hey, since you get to drive, it's the least you can do for them.

NOTE: If you select the optional Navigation System, the speedo is moved to the top of the steering column.
