MINI 50th ANNIVERSARY SPECIAL EDITIONS
Our 50th Anniversary
To celebrate five decades of motoring, we've introduced two distinct limited edition packages - the Mayfair and Camden. To learn more about them and other special MINIs from our first 50 years, just use the menu below.
the Camden
the Mayfair
Mayfair
Grace. Poise. Unassuming self-assurance. Mayfair carries itself with the dignity one would expect from one of London's most sophisticated boroughs.
An embodiment of our rich motoring heritage, the Mayfair package's leather interior and exclusive alloys add a hint of style, without ever showing off. The quiet prestige of the Mayfair logo is a friendly reminder of this optional* package's classic roots.
Light-Alloy Wheels
Exclusive 17" Infinite Stream wheels in white or silver make for a sprightly appearance and an even livelier drive.
Door Sills
The Piano Black door sills provide a distinguished entrance into the Mayfair.
Body Color
The Hot Chocolate metallic paint and Toffee bonnet stripe finish is exclusive to the Mayfair package ($500 option).
Fascia
A Black and Toffee pinstripe gradient lends the interior an elegant feel.
Upholstery
Toffee Brown leather seats are accented by a dash of white piping and a hint of green stitching.
MINI 50 Badge
A medal for fifty years of outstanding services to motoring - in this case, worn discreetly on the radiator grille.
Side Scuttles
The commemorative side scuttles bear the classic Mayfair logo, which is flanked by amber indicators.
Driving Lamps
All the looks, none of the flash. Dazzle-free auxiliary lamps add an air of subtle sportiness to the radiator grille.
Camden
The optional *Camden package, like the creative, contemporary London district it was named after, has its finger on the pulse of progress, and sports a bold design based on contrast that is anything but shy. Exclusive alloys and a HiFi harman/kardon sound system keep the Camden rocking and rolling while Mission Control, our next generation MINI-ized voice feedback system, keeps you motoring in harmony.
Light-Alloy Wheels
Exclusive 17" Silver Shield alloy wheels have one-of-a-kind attitude, and singular performance.
Side Scuttles
The Camden logo and white indicators give these commemorative side scuttles a bit of flash.
Door Sills
The MINI 50 Camden logo on the gloss black door sills adds a futuristic touch upon entry.
Fascia
The energetic spirit of MINI busts through the interior with Silver Lining and Tech White highlights.
Upholstery
Distinctive two-tone Black and Tech White cloth and leather seats are punctuated by green and black stitching.
Steering Wheel
A sporty three-spoke leather steering wheel with white stitching gives you something nice to hang on to.
Body Color
A Camden package exclusive, the metallic White Silver finish ($500 option) nicely contrasts the black Xenon headlights.
Mission Control
Exclusive to the Camden package, Mission Control is a human alternative to Pavlovian chimes and dings. By bringing the engine, HVAC and central systems to life via three distinct personalities, Mission Control sets the stage for the future of motoring.
A trio of friendly voices offer advice, encouragement, and add a bit of motoring flavor. You might get a pleasant reminder to buckle-up, or a complementary "Nice quick acceleration, there!" for spirited motoring. If you're not in the mood for company or just prefer a quiet ride, Mission Control is easy to silence. And you won't even hurt its feelings.
Agent Provocateur
This customized MINI Clubman from the famous lingerie house comes complete with prison bars in the side windows, a fishnet stocking roof and a black leather interior complete with "stimulating" details. Most exciting of all, this MINI was auctioned for $70,000 to benefit the largest AIDS charity in Europe.
MINI Chateau
Inspired by a bespoke French Chateau, Aznom used the Clubman S as the basis for this luxurious MINI. An alcantara, gaucho leather blend with stunning detail work and wood trim lend a warm, rich feeling to the interior. But the best custom feature is in the boot: a concealed, shock-absorbent wine cellar stocked with 6 bottles of the finest Chateaux.

Getaway MINI
This MINI was last spotted fleeing the paparazzi at the premier of The Italian Job remake. The gold bullion paintwork was customized by the daughter of a legendary British actor.

Stripes
This elaborate 87 stripe, 24-color finish on this Classic Mini was the vision of a renowned British designer. He followed up the colorful one-off with the Classic Mini in the eponymous Paul Smith blue, now a collector's item. The concept Clubman pays homage to its striped ancestor, with windows and mirror caps inspired by the original.

Spiderweb MINI
Arachnophobia, anyone? The iconic British model known for her waifish look (and whose last name is not gathered by a rolling stone) concocted this daring design for her classic Mini. A favorite of fun-loving entomologists worldwide.
Microchrome
Try to look into this MINI, and it'll look right back at you. Is it a post-modern statement on fame and self-reflection? An existential representation of the Other? Or the MINI of choice for a late 70s glam rocker? Definitely the latter, but maybe all three - it's all in the eye of the beholder.

Snowmo-MINI
Tearing through permafrost is a breeze with this monster in your garage. This mutant cross-breed between a MINI Cooper S and a snowmobile sports a 300 horsepower engine atop retractable hydraulic skis and traction belts. Perfect for ice fishing, running errands or drag racing on the Iditarod trail.
Racing MINIs
Originally, the Classic Mini's distinctive contrasting roof was designed to help it stand out from the pack in the middle of races. Of course, being out in front tended to help too, as the little bulldog with unmatched handling came to dominate the 60s rally scene. Today, MINI's are still track favorites around the world, with bold graphics and color schemes reflecting the pilots' personalities.

Psychedelic
You may have seen this Classic Mini in the 1960s film based on a band's magical and mysterious tour. One of the members of this legendary British band had his painted with a psychedelic design featuring Sanskrit text, mantras and yantras. In 2009, this iconic MINI was recreated for an auction to benefit various charities including those that support people with special needs.
All-Terrain MINI
Apparently, the doors were just getting in the way of this aggressively customized Cooper. Roof-mounted takedown lights, camo paint and knobby tires make it well-suited for off-roading in the desert. Though we're pretty sure the most heat this MINI's ever seen came from the lighting kits used to shoot the music video it appeared in.
Go-Cart Blanche
For 50 years now, designers, mechanics, musicians, artists, gear heads, casual motorers and connoisseurs alike have been drawn to MINIs. Their feisty, progressive personality inspires creativity while those big white roofs make ideal canvases for self-expression on wheels. And what?s more fun than a work of art that zips along, devouring sharp corners?
