SURPRISING CARGO SPACE

Looks sharp, sporty, and like it might have a tiny boot, right? Well, looks can be deceiving. Measuring at 9.8 cu ft, the Coupe actually has more interior cargo than the Mazda Rx8 (7.6 cu ft) and Nissan 370Z (6.9 cu ft). And the open-wide tailgate lifts high enough to swallow an elephant. Okay, maybe a baby elephant. So if you like pachyderms, you’re all set. And if not, you can still move whatever awkwardly sized stuff you do like. Note: we do not recommend transporting elephants in your MINI – even with leather interior.
