WHAT HAPPENS IF I BREAK DOWN AND NEED A TOW?

Even the most reliable vehicle may sometimes require attention. And for this, MINI provides a valuable 24-hour Roadside Assistance Program at no charge for every vehicle that falls within the new-vehicle warranty period. This service is available in all 50 states, Canada and Puerto Rico. Roadside Assistance and other owner benefits are available by calling (866) 646-4772.

You will find a Roadside Assistance Identification Card within your vehicle portfolio. It contains the number of the 24-hour, toll-free number for MINI Roadside Assistance. For your convenience, you can also find that information on a decal that is affixed in your MINI's cargo compartment.
