Is MINI Financial Services the same as BMW Financial Services?
While MINI Financial Services is separate from BMW Financial Services, both are part of the BMW Group.
How does MINI Financial Services work?
MINI Financial Services is here to help you get behind the wheel of your dream MINI with lease and finance options that are custom tailored to your needs. Plus, protection plans, like Lease-End Protection and Guaranteed Auto Protection, have you covered at every turn. Our knowledgeable teams are here to guide you to the right products and services and keep you up to date on exclusive benefits, offers, and more.
How do I check my MINI Financial Services balance?
Balance and account information are available online 24/7. To check your balances and manage your Account, simply sign in to your Account using your MINI ID Login.
When will I receive my monthly Account Statements?
Approximately 14 days before your due date. If you would like to see your Account Statement sooner, simply sign in using your MINI ID Login. With paperless statements, you will receive an email alerting you to view your statements online.
How are my payments applied?
Payments are first credited to unpaid finance charges, then to the outstanding principal balance, then to any outstanding fees. Your Account Statement will break down how your payments have been allocated.
Can I make a payment with my debit or credit card?
While you can make payments with your debit card, we do not accept credit cards for regular monthly payments.
Does MINI Financial Services have a grace period?
Your state regulates whether a grace period may apply to your Account (the amount of time from your due date to when your Account will be assessed a late charge). Please refer to the Account Summary section of your Account Statement to determine whether a grace period may apply to your Account.
What happens when I make payments greater than my regular scheduled monthly payment?
If you pay more than the total amount due, this amount will be applied to the principal balance. This may reduce the interest you pay over the life of your Account and may reduce your final payment or shorten the term of your financing agreement.
How are payment credits applied?
Payment credits will be applied on your scheduled due date and will be reflected on your Account Statement. Please see your Account Statement for details.
